We work with all types of schools across Australia – preschools, primary schools and high schools – including government and non‑government schools.
If you need an accessible, easy-to-manage website that respects school budgets and requirements, we’re built for you.
For a standard school website, you receive:
- A professionally designed layout customised to your logo, colours and style
- Base copywriting using a detailed form you complete, which your school can then tweak
- WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility framework
- Key modules: programs, news/stories/events, achievements, galleries, contact and enquiry forms
- Accessibility tools for visitors (e.g. adjustable text size, contrast options)
- Setup on our managed hosting platform with security and backups
You provide your logo, photos and any existing text. We turn it into a modern, accessible school website.
To keep your project moving quickly, we ask for:
- A completed content form
- Your logo files
- Photos you’d like to use (or we can draw from our paid stock library at no extra cost)
- A nominated contact at your school to approve content and changes
Once we’ve received your completed application and content, most school websites are ready in 3–7 business days.
If there are many rounds of content changes, or new layout requests mid‑project, this can extend the timeline slightly.
Yes. On our web care plans, schools receive unlimited content uploads and changes within the existing page layouts.
You send us the updates; we publish them for you.
New layouts or new functionality are treated as separate, quoted mini‑projects.
Yes. All EDU Net websites are hosted on our managed school web platform.
This allows us to:
- Keep your site secure and backed up
- Maintain accessibility and performance
- Include unlimited content changes
- Fund our Youth Learning Centre and school sponsorship programs through our hosting revenue
Your website is built on a framework designed to meet WCAG 2.0 AA and align with government online accessibility requirements.
We also perform ongoing accessibility and performance reviews as part of our web care plans.
If at launch your new EDU Net website does not meet current South Australian government online accessibility requirements and WCAG 2.0 AA, we will fix any accessibility issues at our cost for 12 months after go‑live.
There is no extra cost to your school.
A portion of our profits from each website and web care plan is directed to:
- Restoring and renovating Youth Learning Centres in communities in need
- Sponsoring children and teachers connected to those centres
Each participating school is recognised with a dedication plaque at the centre their project helped support.
You can start with a free website & accessibility review:
- Share your current website and goals
- Receive an accessibility check and recommended website plan
- See options for both standard and bespoke builds
